Service purchasing processes and technical steps on ONMAJANS.
1. Service Selection
Select the digital marketing, web design, or social media management package that suits your needs from the main page or 'Services' page. You can get information about the package content by examining the service details.
2. Creating an Order
Click the 'Buy' or 'Add to Cart' button under the service package you want to purchase. The service fee and additional options, if any, will be summarized on the payment screen.
3. Membership and Login
To complete your order, you must become a member of the system or log in with your existing membership. It is important to enter your name, surname, e-mail, and phone information completely during the membership process.
4. Payment Information
On the payment screen, select your billing information and payment method (Credit Card / Debit Card). Our payment infrastructure is protected by PayTR assurance and you can make secure transactions with 3D Secure.
5. Approval of Agreements
Before completing the payment transaction, you must read and approve the 'Distance Sales Agreement' and 'Preliminary Information Form'. These documents are presented to you before the order.
6. Order Confirmation and Delivery
After your payment is successfully completed, your order is confirmed and an information e-mail is sent to you. The service process is started by our expert team according to the nature of the purchased package.
7. Storage of the Agreement
The distance sales agreement established in the electronic environment is stored in our system for 3 years after the completion of your order. You can access your agreement at any time from your user panel or by contacting us.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized. You can also forward your complaints and requests to info@onmajans.com.
